GTK Oceania Seating Symposium 2019

The team at GTK are proud to support the 2019 Oceania Seating Symposium in Melbourne.

Swinburne University of Technology will be hosting the premiere of Oceania Seating Symposium at the Melbourne Cricket Ground 12th - 14th November 2019.

This event will be held in conjunction with Seating to Go in New Zealand as well as the International Seating Symposium in Vancouver (ISS).

The Oceania Seating Symposium is geared towards professionals, manufacturers, suppliers and users of wheeled mobility, seating and postural management, and associated technologies.

The event aims to show the commitment to improving quality, access and supports for participation and well-being amongst people who use wheeled mobility and seating and the collaboration that is needed in knowledge and practice.

Since its initial meeting in 1983 ISS has grown to include participants from 27 countries with partner conferences held around the world in countries such as the USA, Ireland, Brazil, Asia and now Oceania.

The Oceania Seating Symposium will alternate between Australia and New Zealand every two years.
